- When am I eligible to participate in the RRSP plan?
- You are eligible to participate the first of the month following 30 continuous days of employment.
- How much can I contribute to the RRSP?
- You can contribute between 1% to 6% of your annual earnings
- When do my RRSP contributions vest?
- You are immediately 100% vested in your personal contributions.
- Does Regus offer vacation time?
- Yes, our plan offers Paid Time Off (PTO) which accrues based on the number of hours worked in a week. The schedule is as follows:
- 0-1 year: 10 days
- 1-2 years: 15 days
- 3-4 years: 18 days
- 5-9 years: 21 days
- 10 years +: 25 days floating
- We also offer floating holidays in accordance with
- provincial statutory regulations in addition to other
- company recognized holidays
