- When do medical benefits become effective?
- Medical benefits are effective the first of the month following
- 30 days of employment with Regus. (i.e. hired on March 5th:
- benefits would become effective on May 1st)
- What benefits options are available through Regus?
- Medical: United Healthcare PPO
- Dental: MetLife dental only or MetLife dental with
- Orthodontia for dependent children
- Vision: EyeMed
- Flexible Spending: Healthcare or Dependent Care
- Basic Life/AD&D: Company provides 2 times your annual
- salary up to 00,000 effective the first day of employment
- Supplemental Life: we have supplemental life plans for
- Employee, Spouse and Children
- Short Term Disability: Company provided benefit effective the
- first of the month following 6 months of employment based
- on eligibility requirements
- Long Term Disability: Company provided benefit effective 90
- days after the start of STD based on eligibility requirements
- Legal Plan: Optional plan that provides assistance with basic
- legal needs such as adoptions, consumer protection, wills
- and trusts, etc.
- After my new hire enrollment, when am I eligible to make changes to my benefit plan?
- You are eligible to make plan changes during our Annual
- Enrollment process, which occurs every November for an
- effective date in January of the following year. You can also
- make plan changes if you have a Qualifying Event, which
- constitutes a Family Status Change (i.e. birth, marriage,
- adoption, divorce, gain/loss in coverage)
- Who is considered an eligible dependent for benefits?
- Spouse, Dependent children under the age of 19, or dependents age 19-24 with proof of full-time student status, Domestic partner (requires a Domestic Partner Affidavit form)
- Does Regus offer a 401(k) Plan?
- Yes. Team Members are eligible to participate in a 401(k) Plan
- the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
- When do my 401(k) contributions vest?
- Your personal contributions are immediately 100% vested
- In addition, if you process a 401(k) Rollover contribution,
- those monies are also 100% vested.
- Does Regus offer vacation time?
- Yes, our plan offers Paid Time Off (PTO) which accrues based on the number of hours worked in a week. The schedule is as follows:
- 0-1 year: 10 days
- 1-2 years: 15 days
- 3-4 years: 18 days
- 5-9 years: 21 days
- 10 years +: 25 days floating
- We also offer 4 floating holidays and 9 national holidays
- per year
